We are completely committed to helping you get the most from your private yoga sessions.

We offer a comprehensive service to help you. After each private yoga session you will receive an audio recording of the complete session to reinforce your learning. We will also provide you with detailed written notes. We are also available by phone or text between your session to offer you any additional guidance or support you might need. No other private yoga teachers offer you this level of care and service.

Numerous studies show that you get the best results by working with professionals you have a good level of rapport with and by committing to an ongoing relationship. Whether you work with us at our studio, at your home or via Skype we aim to help you progress swiftly and smoothly on your yoga journey. We encourage you to book a taster session so you can see the benefits of private yoga classes with us. After that we suggest that you buy a package of classes so that we can work, over time, to help you achieve your goals.

After your first class we encourage you to demonstrate your commitment to your yoga practice by investing in a package of classes. Prices are as follows:

Yoga at our studio

We teach from our studio in Walthamstow, London E17. Prices are:

First class: (60/90 mins): £75/£112

On-going fees
Single class: (60/90 mins): £90/£135
Four class prepaid package, 60-minute sessions: £300 (£75 per session)
Four class prepaid package, 90-minute sessions: £448 (£112 per session)

Yoga at your home

We also offer a yoga in your home service. This is priced below:

First class: (60/90 mins): £120/£180

On-going fees
Single class: (60/90 mins): £160/£240
Three class prepaid package, 60-minute sessions: £360 (£120 per session)
Three class prepaid package, 90-minute sessions: £540 (£180 per session)

Corporate Yoga and well-being Classes

Prices are available on application depending upon your company’s requirements.

Yoga on Skype

We offer private yoga sessions on Skype so that you can benefit from our expertise wherever you are in the world. Fees for Skype sessions are payable in pounds sterling via direct bank transfer prior to your session. Prices are:

First class: (60/90 mins): £75/£112

On-going fees:
Single class: (60/90 mins): £90/£135
Three class prepaid package, 60-minute sessions: £210 (£70 per session)
Three class prepaid package, 90-minute sessions: £315 (£105 per session)

Terms and conditions:

Packages need to be paid in full, in advance of the first session of the package. All three classes must be used within 15 weeks of the date of the first class of the package.

No extensions to the 15-week period. No refunds.

1. All fees are payable in advance by direct bank transfer, or by cash at the time of your first session.

2. Fees are non-refundable.

3. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class you must give us at least FORTY-EIGHT hours notice or the full fee will be payable for the session.

4.    If you do not receive a call or text from us within three hours please assume we did not get your message and please try me again.

Your private yoga lesson is dedicated to your individual practice. We will work with you to create a programme targeting your specific goals and aims.

Ashtanga Yoga is is a highly structured vinyasa-style class. There are six Ashtanga asana series and each student must master every pose of the first series before moving onto the second series. Ashtanga Yoga came to the west through students of Sri Pattabhi Jois, who passed away in 2009 after establishing his yoga centre in Mysore, India.

The first series begins with ten sun salutations (five A and five B), continues with a series of standing poses done on each side, and finishes with a set of inversions and seated poses, which are linked by a vinyasa sequence.

Charlie and Alice are both directly authorised by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois to pass on the Ashtanga Yoga method that he popularised in the west.
