 Are private yoga sessions for me? Find out more.

  • Absolutely not. We want you to love yoga as much as we do and we want to help you to get the most from your yoga journey. Like everything we do, pricing is individually tailored. Contact us to find out more.

  • Typically 60 or 90 minutes. Longer sessions are available.

  • Sessions take place either at at our studio in Walthamstow, east London or at your home or office. We cover all of the central London area including Chelsea, Belgravia, Notting Hill, Kensington, Soho etc

  • Absolutely. We will teach up to two people for our usual fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • Classes can be fitted around your schedule. We recommend you have a minimum of one session with us every two to four weeks.

  • Yoga is for everyone. Private sessions are the best way for a beginner to learn yoga. From the first session you will get tailored instruction and feel confident to practice at home supported by a recording of our class to reinforce your learning.

  • Private classes are the ideal way to develop and deepening your existing practice and to learn new techniques. We work with people of all abilities and levels, including many yoga teachers.

  • Private Yoga classes are the best way to start learning Yoga if you are a beginner. You will receive personalised tuition tailored specifically to your needs. Individualised tuition will ensure that you quickly master the basics of Yoga: breathing and good alignment.

  • The only thing that you need is a Yoga mat. Prices for these vary but we can give you advice on what mats are suitable for you. Depending upon your ability you may also require a Yoga strap and a block. We can advise you about what to buy.

  • Yoga is for everyone. We specialise in adapting the Yoga practice to meet your unique needs. If you have an injury or a disability we will work with you, and with your doctor if necessary, to develop a fun and enjoyable Yoga practice that is suitable for you.

  • Pregnancy is a special time for your body. We recommend that, unless you have been practicing yoga regularly for five years, you should seek out a specialist pregnancy yoga teacher. You can start yoga practice six months after you have given birth. This gives your body time to heal after the birth.
