We teach from our yoga studio in Walthamstow, E17, and can also arrange sessions at your home or office. We work with people from all works of life and have a range of packages to suit every budget.

Depending on your personal requirements, your private lesson may include pranayama (breathing exercises), posture practice and sequences, and an opportunity to explore advanced postures and breathing. As your practice evolves, you will be able to take your practice further, and expand your limits.

We have both been practicing yoga daily and teaching privately for more than 20 years. We are both Authorised to teach yoga by the Ashtanga Yoga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Additionally we are both accredited as Senior Yoga Teachers by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Charlie also holds an M.A. in Indian Spiritual Traditions.
